2020年5月15日 TWCアビエーションキャピタルがジェットライト（インド）に対して、リース契約債務不履行による損害賠償2400万ドルの英国判決を得ることを助けました。損害賠償は未払いリース料、整備と機体返還条件の不履行とジェットライトが保持しているQECパーツの返還を含みます。TWCはトロワー&ハムリンズとRNCリーガルのアドバイスを受けました。
May 15, 2020 We assisted TWC Aviation Capital Limited (“TWC”) to obtain the English judgement against Jet Lite (India) Limited (“Jet”) which awarded the damages in the amount of more than US$24 million for the breach of the lease agreement for 2 737-800 including unpaid rent, non-compliance of the maintenance and return conditions and demanded the return of the engine QEC parts held by Jet. TWC was advised by Trowers & Hamlins LLP and RNC Legal.”
